As part of this activity, the Development Centers also concentrate on creating intellectual properties, prototypes and Proof of Concepts to demonstrate our capabilities in data warehousing and business intelligence.

The competency center specializes in various Hyperion tools with the purpose of providing focused solutions to various functional customers. The COE objectives are the following:
- To develop expertise in Hyperion products for development and implementation of solutions, leveraging on YASH's project management experience and domain expertise
- Provide comprehensive solutions, built with Hyperion products and software, to both existing and future Fortune 500 clients, primarily in the areas of Data Warehousing, Data Mining, Performance Measurement solutions, Security Management, Portal Integrations and Enterprise Marketing Automation
- Develop domain specific solutions using Hyperion products
- Explore opportunities to work with Hyperion in developing new solutions and possible subcontracting opportunities
- Best practices and expertise, such as preparing RFI's, Proposals, Resourcing and Architecture related issues.
