Description: — As a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner with in depth SharePoint, BI, .Net implementation experience, YASH helps organizations realizethe business value of Microsoft solutions for Business Collaboration and Intelligence Platforms. With a strong Microsoft Practice and several Mid to Large Enterprise customers, YASH is expanding its operations and aggressively pursuing new client acquisition.

Position Summary: — If you have a proven record of success in selling IT Solutions, understand the value of Information Technology, and can clearly articulate that value to others, we should talk. The focus of this position is new business development, so you should be comfortable with cold calling, experienced in prospecting, and a master at building relationships. You have solid communication and presentation skills, you pay attention to customer service, you have an ability to recognize client needs, and you turn those needs into deals. Experience in promoting Microsoft solutions and competencies such as BPIO, APO, IW etc. will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
  • Create new sales and business development opportunities through prospecting and collaboration.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Conduct presentations and consultative selling to business executives.
  • Interact with pre-sales, practice, implementation and delivery teams within the company to ensure high customer satisfaction

  • Graduate or Post Graduate in business or computer science/engineering with a minimum of 5 yearsof successful business development within the Technology consulting, network services, or IT services arena.
  • Candidates should have proven experience with either: 1. Enterprise software sales – OR- 2. Software products sales. A proven track record in generating prospects, cultivating and managing through the sales cycle, and closing business. Strong prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, and client pursuit skills.
  • Polished phone and face to face presence
  • Must be able to establish credibility with C-level executives
  • Enjoy working with technology and ability to quickly grasp technical concepts related specific software solutions.
  • Highly motivated and dependable, a true self-starter
  • Up to 50% Travel required

SAP Pre-Sales

Position: SAP Pre-Sales

The Presales Expert should work on Presales and Business Development activities for SAP solutions in the SME Market.

The candidate must have the ability to support customer engagement sales cycles, by understanding customer's business requirements and promoting the value proposition of SAP solutions to meet their requirements and deliver benefits to the customer.

YASH Technologies Presales consultants are not only technical presales professionals but also business experts - in various daily situations they communicate with the clients as IT-competent business advisors, advising them how to improve their core business with professional IT solutions from SAP and other suppliers.

Job locations: Eastern U.S. (Greater Boston Area)

Skills Required

  • Identify, understand and define customer needs, objectives and business requirements, design a solution that can best meet the client's requirements
  • Communicate the business requirements to project/implementation team after completion of sale to ensure a smooth transition from presales to implementation stages
  • Develop presentation material and demonstration scenarios for sales presentations which show how existing business processes can be mapped against R/3 or will need to be enhanced
  • Demonstrate the value of the solution (not just demonstrate the functionality) and build a strong working relationship with both the prospect and the development team
  • Support prioritized sales cycles, helping with strategy, competitive positioning, demonstrations and presentations
  • Assume a key role in opportunity planning, strategy, solution approach and competitive positioning
  • Actively support the sales teams in promoting and identifying solutions, articulating functional fit and completeness, responding to bid cycles, to the customer requests for information and information to tender
  • Contribute to pipeline and revenue increase, through participation and coordination of demand generation activities, including customer workshops, trade shows and company events
  • Posses strong sense of teamwork, integrity, self motivation, positive attitude, and works to solve problems
  • Stay up to date with new trends within SAP, our competitors, our partners and the IT industry as a whole
  • Attend industry seminars and events to raise the profile of YASH Technologies and maintain own up to date knowledge of the software industry
