With over 3,000 employees scattered around five continents including North America, Europe and Asia, the client needed support to reduce IT incidents with a low-cost support model.
The existing Oracle landscape needed stabilization and a proactive approach to fixing the root cause of issues. The client was thus looking for support to have their system customized and configured to adhere to new local tax regulations, synchronized with the latest technological updates, and have their travel management streamlined.
YASH team of consultants understood the requirement of the client for a thought leader and took over that role with conviction to enhance their growth. We developed a mobile software solution that the client could market. This software produced a digital security key instead of a physical security key. The team resolved the travel management issue by redesigning the integration code of ‘Concur’ & Oracle ERP. The team also fixed the codes in the existing system, trained the end-users on the processes, and rectified the errors, enabling closure of accounts to the satisfaction of the auditors.
