The client wanted to get expert support for their IT landscape in order to automate processes, decrease manual efforts and decrease the cost of operational costs.
The client had implemented Microsoft Dynamics Axapta 2012 ERP for one of its companies and required support & assistance. Consequently, they wanted to automate internal processes to reduce manual efforts for repetitive tasks. The client also needed to ensure that their systems were concurrent with the latest technological upgrades.

The team further automated the contract and pricing agreement process, as well as developed a mobile portal for easy access and approval processes.
