Enhancing self-service capabilities with Amazon Web Services
The client is a direct marketing company with its distribution network spread across 50+ countries.
The client was lacking data segmentation and had a need for transparency into their sales metrics.
The client was facing difficulties in processing, analyzing & storing the data collected from several livestream URLs. They were unable to utilize the clickstream data captured through Adobe Analytics for business analytics and the business analysis of their e-commerce platform sales was becoming difficult.
YASH developed a real time streaming dashboard on top of the clickstream data captured and processed, using AWS platform from Adobe Analytics Live Streaming server. YASH implemented Spark Streaming Lambda approach to boost the data visualization capability. This would help ease the development of integrated data-processing solutions. YASH consultants extracted the data from Adobe analytics live stream using Java applications as the middleware tool hosted on Amazon Web services (AWS). They copied the persisted data to AWS Redshift cluster using Lambda and Tableau dashboards were customized for end users/customers.
These new implementations and upgrades done by YASH helped the client achieve higher self-service and reduce the cost of hardware systems.
