A UAE-based F&B Major Achieves Operational Efficiencies with YASH’s ChaRM Implementation.
The client is a UAE-based F&B leader with 80+ operations across 40 countries, manufacturing and marketing mass-market food products, related derivatives, intermediates, and services.
The client was using a CRMS tool to manage requests which resulted in a lack of transparency in the creation, transport, and movement of requests to other systems. The existing tool also created issues related to controlling new requests, monitoring changes, and configurations. Furthermore, the CRMS tool was not integrated and lacked synchronization along with seamless handling.
A detailed assessment was done by YASH which included assessing the feasibility of the solution with short-term, and long-term benefits, cost, and time analyses.
YASH implemented an integrated solution- Change Request Management (ChaRM) functionality in SAP Solution Manager using a phased approach. YASH further provided Cross System Object Locking (CSOL), Retrofit Synchronization from BAU landscape to Project Landscape, Workflow customizations, and Customer support while performing ChaRM UAT Testing.
YASH was successful in providing comprehensive training, configurations, documents, and all required material for their end users without any glitches. The client now prefers the ChaRM functionality in SolMan and has witnessed a substantial decrease in the user adoption of the CRMS tool.
