A leading national bank of Emirates streamlined its HR processes using SuccessFactors
The client is one of the UAE’s most prominent banks, offering – corporate, business, and personal banking services. They are well recognized in the capital markets and enjoy a dominant market share with a large and ever-expanding clientele.
The client’s IT landscape had disparate legacy systems that worked in silos. They wanted automation for HR processes in their drive towards becoming an ‘Intelligent Enterprise.’
YASH analyzed the client needs and architected SAP SuccessFactors solution to supersede legacy systems and spreadsheets. The team specifically worked on implementing performance management, a learning management system, SAP JAM as a collaborative social platform, and much more. YASH also provided flexibility to the Head of Departments (HoD) to view and change the performance rating of employees over a dashboard and stored the employee online training content on the cloud storage space provided by SF.
Unifying multiple HR systems into a single source helped the client harvest the synergy of an integrated approach. The automated system for all the HR operational activities eliminated manual processes and resulted in a 100% utilization rate by all the employees with user-friendly interfaces.
