Description:

 General:

                  Seed automation opportunities with clients through capabilities, supply chain use cases and benefit illustration of automation program

                  Nurture new leads by co-ordinating with marketing, sales, partners, and account managers

                  Experience in running GTM with the corporate marketing team and partners

                  Responsible and accountable for lead to closure

                  Work closely with client to seed automation program including guiding business team, identification of automation opportunities

                  Assist in ensuring that Automation CoE team meets customer expectations and enable account mining activities by producing new use cases and scenarios

o   Working with Program Management teams to build and maintain feature-level product roadmap/pipeline

                  Represent Automation CoE interests and perspective in cross-company project teams

                  Build positive relationships at multiple levels with key business partners, like sales, marketing, customer, inside sales and partners

                  Act as advocate for Automation CoE throughout the organization

                  Experience and enabling Automation Platform sales, pre-sales, alliances

o    Build relationship with UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere partnerships team

 

Delivery:

                  Achieve business targets mutually agreed

                  Enabling GTM across various North American sales regions

                  Enable leads by building relationships with Automation OEMs, Sales, Automation CoE and customers

                  Responsible for Lead to closures

                  Responsible for account mining with delivery taking the ownership

                  Orient the CoE towards market trends, customer trends and engagement patterns with good insights

                  Ability to prepare standard and ad-hoc presentation decks in a timely manner on required topics, from high level functional overview to detailed technical overview of key data flows

 

Experience:

                  Prior consulting experience, sales, pre-sales, alliance experience in automation

                  Expertise in supply chain domain and automation enablement on supply chain domain

                  Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel, Quadrant Mapping

                  Excellent communication and relationship skills, especially the ability to articulate advanced technical topics; both verbal and written

                  Strong leadership skills and ability to command respect at all levels of the organization
