Role Description
Manage delivery team to provide single point of ownership for the service delivery of Infrastructure Management Services across our IMS offerings. 
Responsible for performance, cost, scope, schedule, quality, and appropriate business measurements for the overall delivery in the region
Participate in the solution development & validation phase of bid life cycle.
Participate in organizational activities like recruitment, planning and budgeting exercise. 
Responsible for people management with specific reference to managing the growth and development of the people working in the team. 
Responsible for the financial parameters he manages through cost of delivery initiatives, pyramid management, people rotation, managing operations costs like shift ratio, automation, shift left etc. 
Implement performance standards and measurements established by Operations Maturity teams to manage ongoing service delivery and attain delivery efficiency
Manage delivery of technical design/proposal preparation and/or approval on change orders 
Own Service Management processes, tools and disciplines and ensure they are applied in all aspects of service delivery 
Manage issues and risks across multiple customers
Responsible for targeted customer satisfaction
Responsible for running an ITIL compliant operation and enforcing security and compliance requirements as per customer needs
Work closely with resourcing team to manage the resource fulfillment process needed to run the delivery operation well and to avoid revenue loss 
Own and drive people management processes including career planning, training and certification, rewards and recognition and employee engagement
Customer retention and expansion of services through delivery excellence and excellent client relationship
Ensure prompt communication to customer in case of delays with adequate supporting reasons for the delay
Identifies and escalates any scope change, potential risks and issues in delivery to appropriate stakeholders.
Driving various phases of transition: Pre-Transition, Transition Phase & Post-Transition Phase Scheduling & Planning Project requirements.
Ensuring continuous improvements in service levels by implementing the best practices


Prior Experience
Over 12 - 15 years of IMS service delivery experience
Experience working with geographically dispersed delivery teams and directly with clients
Proven track record as a PM lead in implementing technical projects
Experience working with sales teams as an interface for customer interaction
Proven track record in managing IMS technical delivery across all IMS towers with India based delivery organization for global customers

Bachelor's degree is a must.
ITIL Foundation certification - MANDATORY
