Proven track record of driving revenue growth.
Responsible to develop account growth plans and manage opportunities across the entire sales cycle including qualification, pitching, presenting, manage proactive proposals/RFPs, and closing deals with internal support groups (Pre-sales, Marketing, Inside-sales, delivery, and operations).
Manage Existing named client account(s) and relationships Account(s) Pipeline management and reporting.
Position YASH as a Services led organization with a strong focus on top-line growth and profitability through value and consultative selling techniques.
Partner with account managers and solution specialists in pursuit of YASH Service Line sales opportunities.
Extensive solutions selling experience- Strong IT sales background
This individual will have end-to-end responsibility for account management and stakeholder management for named account(s)
Manage client experience across a variety of YASH Service Line, e.g., ERP (SAP/Oracle), Digital Transformation, Infrastructure, and Staffing.
Apply industry best practices to clients' interactive marketing strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and ROI.
Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred
Minimum 10-12 years of relevant work experience in Big 4 or other major consulting firms
Strategic thinker with strong organizational and program management skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing environment
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with executives
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - strong PowerPoint and Excel skills critical
Excellent strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience mentoring/counseling others
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
