Yash Technologies is seeking a dynamic, innovative, and results-oriented Business Development / Channel Manager for Americas Microsoft Business.

This individual will be responsible for the growth of Microsoft business of several key Company customers as well as generating business in net new accounts collaborating closely with Yash's account teams and Microsoft partner management teams. S/he will own several key account management metrics and will have a direct and visible impact on the long-term success of the business. This role has direct exposure to senior leaders within Yash, requires strong relationship management and negotiation skills.

Key Role and Responsibilities

Business growth:
Key Accounts - For a given Geo, understand the customer's business, business strategy and industry direction and manage a long term, sustainable business portfolio to drive Microsoft Business within these accounts.
New Logos - For a given Geo, work with sales and marketing teams to strategize winning the new logos. Cultivate strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
Identify sales leads, pitch services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of Company's relationship with them.
Own the Top Line numbers for Microsoft business in US for Yash

Microsoft relationship:
Communicate effectively with Microsoft points of contact on Yash's Microsoft services, solutions and unique value proposition to make them incline towards Company as partner of choice.
Build strong relationships within Microsoft eco system across the product portfolio; proactively build joint business plan action items and act as a point of escalation for outstanding issues, questions, and concerns.
Work with Microsoft to influence them to adopt Company first approach.
Align with Microsoft Account teams to generate Microsoft opportunities.

Digital transformation evangelization:
Disrupt the mind set of customers and sales teams by bringing innovative ideas that showcase case value of Microsoft's products value proposition for digitalization.

Leadership and Process Excellence:
Act as a thought leader in defining success criteria and understand business needs of customers in an ever-changing business environment. Contribute to and leads strategic plans and documents for Yash.
Partner with diverse teams of digital transformation advisors, engineers, architects, and delivery teams for Microsoft business growth.
Establish collaborative relationships and maintain close communication with the senior management team, as well as with other key internal stakeholders to identify potential opportunities and ensure alignment on current projects.
Identify opportunities to improve the Company Microsoft services, solutions and approach based on customer and sales team feedback, data analysis, and competition analysis.
Design and implement a strategic business and commercial plan, sales pitches, presentations, reference material that expands Company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.

Core Skills and Qualifications:
Should have experience in the similar role.
Should be conversant with Microsoft product portfolio - Azure Infrastructure, Azure Applications, Modern Office, Microsoft Dynamics, Data and Analytical services and AI/ML.
Excellent communication skills, an attitude to get things done and willingness to work in a high growth environment.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Willing to travel - as much required.
15+ years of building strategic business partnerships through selling or consulting with enterprise customers. Equally considered will be 5+ years of experience driving digital transformation.
Bachelor's degree or MBA preferred; or equivalent experience.
