We are seeking a highly experienced SAP PP Architect with 15+ years of SAP Production Planning experience and deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, architecting, and delivering end-to-end SAP PP solutions, driving business transformation initiatives, and providing strategic guidance for manufacturing and supply chain processes.

The candidate should possess strong functional expertise in SAP Production Planning, excellent analytical and leadership skills, and extensive experience leading large-scale SAP implementation and transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Production Planning solutions.
• Define end-to-end manufacturing and production planning process architecture aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct business process assessments, fit-gap analysis, and solution blueprinting.
• Design scalable SAP PP solutions covering production planning, manufacturing execution, and supply chain planning processes.
• Provide architectural leadership during greenfield, brownfield, migration, and transformation projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional SAP teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Drive solution governance, best practices, and SAP standards across projects.
• Lead workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and executive-level discussions.
• Oversee integration of SAP PP with MM, SD, QM, PM, EWM, APO/IBP, and other SAP modules.
• Support testing, deployment, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Mentor and guide functional consultants and project teams.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of hands-on SAP PP experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of Solution Architect experience in SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and Production Planning processes.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end SAP implementations and global rollouts.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
