We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Architect with extensive expertise in SAP Finance and Group Reporting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading SAP Finance transformation initiatives, architect enterprise-scale solutions, and driving end-to-end implementations across Finance, Group Reporting, and SAP digital technologies.

The candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, deep functional knowledge of SAP Finance processes, and hands-on experience with Group Reporting, Consolidation, and Accounts Payable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of SAP Finance and Group Reporting solutions.
• Drive finance transformation programs leveraging SAP S/4HANA Finance capabilities.
• Define enterprise finance solution strategies aligned with business objectives and compliance requirements.
• Lead functional teams across Finance, Group Reporting, Project Systems, and digital finance initiatives.
• Design and implement financial consolidation, group reporting, and intercompany reconciliation processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Oversee system integration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.
• Drive adoption of SAP Fiori applications and digital extensions for finance operations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial controls, and reporting requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of SAP Finance consulting experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO).
• Experience leading large-scale SAP Finance transformation and implementation projects.
• Proven leadership experience managing Finance and enterprise solution teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
