Description:

•            To Work as Lead/Senior Retail Business Consultant on the assigned engagement

•            Present Conference Room Pilot showing Dynamics 365 F&O fit to the Retail customers organization

•            Advise customer organization on Retail Processes & Controls using Dynamics 365 F&O Retail and help minimize gaps between standard 365 F&O            Retail customer's business processes with right configuration

•            Prepare Business Process Discovery Documents

•            Prepare functional specification for customizations required for Dynamics AX Retail implementations

•            Prepare User Manuals and Training Plans

•            Store Roll-Out execution

•            Provide pre go live and post go live end user support


•            A minimum of 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 F&O Retail is required with experience doing hands-on Configuration of Dynamics 365 F&O              Retail, T&L functionality

•            Ability to understand, communicate, interpret corporate Retail processes and requirements

•            Exposure to other modules such as Dynamics 365 F&O Finance, AP, AR, Master Planning desired

•            Excellent verbal and written communications skills

•            Ability/Experience to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision

•            Experience and/or ability to document business processe

•            Ability to work effectively with offshore teams.

     Liason with customer in there timezone, maintain daily communication, ensure customer objectives are met and manage customer expectations

     Open to travel to customer location on short term trips on short notice

     Liason with offshore daily and manage team to ensure requirements from customer is passed on and task assigned are done

     In addition to delivery, lead presales activities in terms of requirement understanding technical solutioning and present/defend same
