An accomplished professional with over 27 years’ experience in strategic client relationship management, IT quality, development/operations and leading/mentoring others, Bill now serves as a Enterprise Alliance Architect at Tricentis, the industry leading continuous testing platform provider. Prior to his current position, he oversaw Engagement Management and Services Delivery for some of the largest customers of multiple software reseller and consulting organizations. In addition, Bill also built and led the Professional Services and Resource Enablement divisions for these same groups. He is known for his exceptional interpersonal skills, adapting creative solutions against business challenges and process/execution. And most, he has focused extensively on AI’s impact on the industry and how we must transform our thinking and approach to excel in the brave new AI world.
