Title: Account Executive

Key Skills: IT services sales experience

YASH is growing our business development team and looking for our future leaders / top performers. This is a unique player/coach opportunity. You will start with continuing to build out our presence in one of the target-rich markets in which we have openings. You will serve as a client-facing consultative account executive. Breaking into target accounts will be your objective. You will have the support of our top-notch offshore lead generation team as well as that of a very targeted marketing organization. As our business development team grows, you could take on the role of a leader – a player/coach charged with enabling the success of junior reps who will push into other territories.

You bring to the table:

  • 3 – 5 years consultative IT services sales experience
  • Professionalism
  • Ability to ask the right questions and position as a trusted advisor
  • Experience preparing for sales calls and having an attack plan for each account
  • Technical curiosity and an interest in problem-solving

Core Responsibilities:

You'll be responsible for identifying and enabling exceptional customer outcomes. Across our four core service lines, those outcomes vary, but if you are driving customer value, the revenue (and commissions) will follow. You will work closely with each of the YASH service lines to understand value prop and to shape solutions for customers. You will be responsible for opportunity identification and leading a cross-functional team through the capture, proposal and win process. Finally, you will work with the YASH business development leadership team to develop and execute a go to market strategy for your territory.
