Role summary: 

BDM responsible for leading the Cloud and IMS sales across Americas for Yash Technologies. The primary role is to generate leads for a business and to nurture relationships with customers. Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients, including negotiating and closing on major contracts.


Experience and Job Responsibilities:

Minimum 15 years' experience in leading sales for Cloud & IT Infrastructure Service Line with proven capability in Hunting accounts specifically related to Cloud & IT Infrastructure, multi-million complex services opportunities. Ideally a background in solutions and services, and track record experience from opportunity identification through to opportunity closure.

Must be comfortable working at Senior Management Level. Fully conversant with competitive marketplace. Sound commercial understanding, P&L, and risk management skills. Ability to manage complex, multi-workstream opportunities


Responsible for Topline:

Create and implement strategic IMS sales and marketing plans that successfully achieve business objectives for Yash.

Work in defined budgets for the sales division to meet business goals.

Steer sales forecasts and set appropriate performance goals.

Complete market research and analyze results to adjust sales and marketing strategy for maximum success.

Monitor competitors' offerings, including relevant sales and marketing data.

Visionary, strategic and Customer focused approach to pursuing Cloud & IT.

Infrastructure opportunities and motivates customers, while constantly displaying integrity and respect.

Proactively works with Service Line Leadership to oversee local and regional sales, promotions, and campaign.

Directing and coordinating all business development / sales activities within US - from lead generation to nurturing to closure - with other sales leaders.

Ability to understand technology trends and anticipates changes in business conditions.

Proactively works with Service Line Leadership to ensure appropriate action is taken to accommodate those changes.


    

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, Master's degree preferred.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Willing to travel both within US OR International as per requirements.
